Spaghetti Pie

I made this for the boys the other night and it was a huge hit!

1 lb. Bowtie or similar pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 14.5 oz. cans of tomato sauce
2 t. Italian seasoning
2 t. Garlic powder or seasoning
1 cup chopped kale
1 container ricotta cheese
1/4 c. Parmesean cheese
1 egg
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil pasta to Al dente. Cook ground beef until brown and cooked thoroughly in a skillet with chopped onion. Add two cans of tomato sauce and Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt to taste. Simmer 10 minutes.

Mix ricotta cheese, egg, parmesean and kale in a bowl.

In a 9x13 pan, layer pasta, ricotta mix, sauceand sprinkle mozzarella on top. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.

Voila!!! Try not to consume all at once:)
