Cook Roast w/ 2 boullion cubes and 1 1/2 C. water on 300 F for 3-5 hours. You can also make it in the crockpot but I didn't think the meat was very tender when I did. Add potatos and carrots during the last hour of cooking.
Serve with Gravy. Take drippings from roast and put in sauce pan. Add 2 C. water, 3 boullion cubes. Dissolve. Meantime mix in seperate bowl 2 spoonfuls of flour and 2 spoonfuls or cornstartch. Add just enough cold water to make a runny paste. Add to saucepan mixture stirring constantly.
